Lafayette College continues to fail at outreach, admission, and retention support for Black prospective and current students. Lafayette inaccurately represents the diversity of the BIPOC student body: "17 percent of our U.S. students identify as students of color", which disproportionately harms the visibility and
support of Black students on campus.
